Tax March
Surprise, surprise...
Tax March

byong --

Throughout 2017, Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans promised the American people that giving massive tax cuts to wealthy corporations would lead to more jobs and higher wages here at home.

They lied. Just weeks after Donald Trump signed the TrumpTax into law, some of its biggest corporate beneficiaries are cutting jobs, closing factories, and raising prices.

While wealthy corporations are getting richer from TrumpTax cuts, workers are getting left behind -- add your name now to say the TrumpTax MUST GO.

Walmart and the maker of Kleenex and Huggies announced dozens of closures and thousands of layoffs this week. Bank of America decided to raise fees on low-income customers. And Carrier announced new layoffs, just one year after Trump boasted of saving jobs there.

Instead of using the billions of dollars in tax breaks they received from the TrumpTax to raise wages or create jobs, these filthy-rich corporations are paying their shareholders and executives even more money. Bank of America's CEO even said so last week, admitting that the "largest portion" of the bank's tax cut would go straight to shareholders.

The fact that we knew Trump and his cronies were lying all along about who the TrumpTax really benefits doesn't make this any easier to swallow. Working people's livelihoods are going up in smoke while corporations line their own pockets with trillions in taxpayer dollars.

Don't let them get away with it -- add your name if you agree that the TrumpTax must be repealed.

Stay angry and stay engaged -- we've got to make sure Trump and the Republicans are held accountable for this mess.

Thanks for continuing to drive this fight,
